Sleep is essential for health.
Regular sleep bed time and awakening time.
Do not exceed 1 hour to 45 minutes day time sleep
Avoid heavy Meals & snakes or small snakes accepted for 4 hours before bedtime
Avoided caffeine/tea/sodas and etc before bed
Exercise not right for before bed
Comfortable bedding is needed
Comfortable temperature and good ventilation setting for sleep
Avoid noise environmental   in sleep area and limited lighting
Before sleep do not smoke
Avoid excessive alcohol 4 hours before sleeping time
Avoid heavy spicy 4 hours before sleeping time
Avoid sugar food 4 hours before bedtime
Reserve bed for sleep and sex only.
Don’t use for office work and other entertainment work for bed.
Sleep well get good healthy life
