Nursing Is Services. Nursing is a quality care of every individuals, families, and community to focus on health concept. The particular word "nurse" came from the Latin word "nutrire" and it means to suckle which referring to a wet-nurse.

According to International Council of Nurses, Nursing means autonomous and collaborative care of individuals of all ages, families, groups, and communities, sick or well and in all settings. Nursing care include the promotion of health, prevention of illness, and the care of ill, disabled and dying people. Advocacy, promotion of a safe environment, research, participation in shaping health policy and in patient and health systems management, and education are also key nursing roles.

Nursing is a professional course of healthcare setup. Nurse main motives standard quality of care.the main aim was promotive health and prevent illness and restores the health. Nurses not focused on the care of after affected diseases it is focusing on before affecting disease also.

The nursing scope is nurse work in clinical setup, education setup, administration setup and research area. In clinical area nurse focused on the care of the ill client, health checks up and restore the health. In education, setup are Training program regarding nurses before entering clinical setup. In administration, setup are focused on quality of care. In research area to finding new things related nursing and health fields.

Nurses work in clinical is it based on assessment, setup of goals, make a nursing diagnosis, nursing planning, nursing intervention to implementation after to evaluate the client condition to know about nursing goal achieved or this nursing care plan to help the quality of care.
Nurses practice in a wide range of settings but generally nursing is divided depending on the needs of the person include adult-gerontology, communities/public,family/individual across the lifespan,mental health,neonatal,pediatrics,women's health/gender-related.and some other specialist areas such as cardiac nursing,respiratory nursing,  nursing informaticsobstetrical nursingoncology nursing, medical nursing,and surgical nursing,orthopedic nursing,palliative careperioperative nursingtelenursing and etc.
